Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie pour promouvoir nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements et ateliers, permettant de toucher efficacement notre public et de diffuser des informations pertinentes sur nos services.<br \/>L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tait \u00e9galement de renforcer la visibilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;ADMR en assurant une pr\u00e9sence r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et engageante. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un contenu vari\u00e9, nous avons accru la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de l&#8217;organisation et \u00e9tabli une relation de confiance avec notre communaut\u00e9 locale.<br \/>Un autre aspect cl\u00e9 dans notre strat\u00e9gie \u00e9tait de favoriser l&#8217;engagement communautaire. En encourageant les interactions via les commentaires et discussions, nous avons renforc\u00e9 le lien entre l&#8217;ADMR et ses b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Enfin, Facebook a servi de levier de recrutement pour attirer des aides \u00e0 domicile, en mettant en avant les avantages du m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div KPI. Les objectifs que je me suis fix\u00e9s incluaient une augmentation de 10% des mentions &#8220;J\u2019aime&#8221; et des abonn\u00e9s, la fid\u00e9lisation des internautes, la mise en avant de l\u2019image de marque et une meilleure communication pour le recrutement d\u2019aides \u00e0 domicile, avec un objectif \u00e0 atteindre en un an.<\/p><p>Pour mesurer notre avanc\u00e9e, j\u2019ai d\u00e9fini des KPI tels que le pourcentage de mentions &#8220;J\u2019aime&#8221;, d\u2019abonnements, le taux d\u2019engagement sous les posts li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019image de marque, et le nombre de candidatures re\u00e7ues via Facebook (appels, e-mails, messages). J&#8217;ai \u00e9galement suivi les interactions sur les publications de recrutement (mentions &#8220;J\u2019aime&#8221;, commentaires, partages).<\/p><p>La strat\u00e9gie de posts a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement planifi\u00e9e, en tenant compte des horaires, types de publications (images, vid\u00e9os), r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et formats adapt\u00e9s. J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 Canva pour la cr\u00e9ation des visuels, des outils d&#8217;images libres et Excel pour suivre les statistiques mensuelles.<\/p><p>Au bout d\u2019un an, tous les objectifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 atteints avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c330459 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c330459\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bf693c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9bf693c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">R\u00e9seaux sociaux MFR Orne- Calvados<\/h1><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Entre 2021 et 2022, j&#8217;ai g\u00e9r\u00e9 les pages Facebook et Instagram des MFR Orne-Calvados, en d\u00e9veloppant des strat\u00e9gies adapt\u00e9es aux publics cibles de chaque plateforme, avec des contenus engageants et pertinents. Sur Facebook, j&#8217;ai cibl\u00e9 les familles et jeunes adultes en publiant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des informations sur les \u00e9v\u00e9nements, portes ouvertes et r\u00e9ussites des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Instagram a permis de toucher les adolescents et jeunes adultes en misant sur des visuels attractifs et des stories interactives pour favoriser l&#8217;engagement.<br \/>De plus, j&#8217;ai dispens\u00e9 des formations pour les Maisons Familiales Rurales sur l&#8217;utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et la cr\u00e9ation de visuels avec Canva afin de garantir une standardisation de nos processus et une efficience dans la cr\u00e9ation de nos contenus.
